Spencer Watson
Founder, Center for LGBTQ Economic Advancement & Research (CLEAR)
Spencer is the Founder and Director of the Center for LGBTQ Economic Advancement & Research, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower LGBTQIA+ households, organizations, and communities with fair and affirming access to financial education and financial services. Spencer has been a community rights advocate for over 15 years and has worked with many non-profits in various communications, campaign, and direct-services roles, including as a counselor offering financial and credit education to clients.

Gloria Spence
Director, Finance Hearst Corp (ret), SCORE Learning Facilitator
Gloria is an accomplished finance professional, with more than 35 years at the Hearst Corporation.
She is committed to empowering people through education and now devotes her time to various non-profit initiatives. Since 2015, Gloria has worked with the Massachusetts Department of Corrections, providing financial literacy and entrepreneurship training to incarcerated individuals, helping them prepare for reentry. She is also a Learning Facilitator with SCORE.
Previously, Gloria was a board member and treasurer with Partakers, a Massachusetts non-profit offering educational opportunities and mentorship to justice-involved individuals. She was also board member and interim Executive Director of Junior Achievement New England. Gloria is currently on the board of Somali Parents Advocacy Center For Education.

Michael Glicksman
Co-chair SCORE Northeast NJ
An experienced business leader and entrepreneur, Mike now devotes his time volunteering with various non-profit organizations. He is passionate about assisting communities in need and promoting entrepreneurship as a path to creating generational wealth. Mike is the Vice Chair of SCORE Northeast New Jersey and a Certified Mentor. He is also Advisory Board Chair for the Bergen County Salvation Army and previously volunteered with a Workforce Development Program at a local halfway house.

Scott Pollack
Financial Advisor
Scott is a seasoned Financial Advisor and the Founder of an advisory firm that has served his local community for many years. He is also a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®). As an active community member, Scott has served in leadership positions for many charitable organizations dedicated to his hometown, the arts, health and children's services, including as Trustee of Montclair Public Library Foundation, Board Member of Montclair Economic Development Corporation and fundraising for Circle of Life Children's Center.

Dr. John Whitman
Entrepreneur, Academic, Author
Dr. Whitman teaches and consults in business and nonprofit management with a specialty in social entrepreneurship and applying educational strategies to solve social problems. He has taught at American University, Babson College, Georgetown University, Harvard University Extension School, Northeastern University, and The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Co-founder of the Museum for Black Innovation and Entrepreneurship, he has also founded companies in software development (Oakland Group, Inc.), survey research (Surveytools Corporation), and film production (Camisary, Inc.). Publications include books and articles on the social economy, social entrepreneurship, philanthropy, intellectual property, cooperatives, creativity in prisons, and library management. Dr. Whitman received his A.B. from Boston University, Ed.M. from Harvard University, and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto (dissertation: Evaluating Philanthropic Foundations: A Comparative Social Values Approach, including foundations in Canada, Europe, and the United States). Dr. Whitman resides in Chicago.
