A veteran credit union industry professional and current credit union consultant, Tom has held senior leadership roles since 1982, most recently as the CEO of Aspire Federal Credit Union. He is a Founder and Board member of a commercial loan servicing company and a shared-services company serving the credit union community. Tom is Vice-Chair for Arts4ACause, a non-profit that helps fund medical research for children.

With many years in the credit union movement. Linda has served as the CEO of Element Federal Credit since 1998. She is passionate about developing solutions through technology and innovation to better serve members and underserved communities. Linda is a Board member of CU*Answers, a large credit union cooperative providing services to several hundred credit unions.

Guy is the Founder and former partner of Messick, Lauer & Smith and former General Counsel for the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations. He is honored in America's Credit Union Museum as a Pioneer. During his 35 year legal career, Guy represented hundreds of credit unions and CUSOs, and currently serves on several CUSO Boards. He is also the author of Credit Union Collaborations - Lessons Learned.

Luis has over 20 years of experience researching credit unions and their historical and current call reports across a wide variety of topics including: financial sustainability, member-centric performance, asset growth drivers, capital requirements, and share insurance. At CUCollaborate, Luis’s current key focus is developing software that will help credit unions improve the measurement of member benefits across demographic groups and better meet the credit needs of their communities.

Lorrie is a Member Experience leader with over 30 years in the credit union industry. Her expertise includes contact center management and operations, retail branch management, digital branch and operations, customer service, sales, project management, and innovative technology research and implementation. Lorrie has a passion for people and advocating on behalf of credit union members.
Theresa Williams

Theresa is a seasoned lending professional with over 25 years providing leadership and driving sustainable results in the mortgage and consumer lending fields for large credit unions. She is skilled in originations, mortgage lending, financial risk, risk management, and financial literacy. Theresa currently serves on the Board of two credit union associations – CU REALM and CUES NJ/Metro NY.
