Last week we joined Eagles Business Networking (EBN) at its virtual Business Focus Session with local entrepreneurs. EBN is a New Jersey organization whose mission is to connect community businesses and "work together to accomplish more." The event featured an insightful discussion on what defines success and whether there should be a "time clock" on achieving your goals.
Participants on the call also shared their individual business challenges and how they have reinvented themselves during the pandemic. Nancy Eiden, the Founder of First Step Alliance, spoke to the group about our organization's mission and plan to launch a financial education initiative for returning citizens in 2021.
